The Villa was built in 1960 by a catalan architect called Josep Maria Franquet. He designed some important buildings around Tortosa: the cinema Fèmina and the hospital Lluch in Tortosa, the casa Barberà in Roquetes and most important, the residence Fontcuberta in Benicarló.

The maximum occupancy: 8 people (including children).

Indoors, the Villa is composed of 5 rooms with 2 bathrooms. 3 of them are king beds and the rest single beds; an upstairs terrace; with a refurbished kitchen fully equipped; a dining room with a chimney and a living room with TV.

Outdoors, right in front of the entrance, there is a wide porch with a BBQ chimney and a rounded table where you can experiment with an outstanding direct view of the bay and enjoy the smell of the sea meanwhile eating or just being sat.
