A.k.a: ‘Barranquismo': It is the most unusual and indeed exciting way of travelling through the Natural Park of Els Ports. There are numerous opportunities to jump or dive into deep rock pools of crystalline water.
KAYAKING
The Ebro river ensures plenty of space to enjoy a kayak session with the family or friends. Tours can be planned towards the river mouth or paddling down the river. 
TREKKING,
You can start trekking from the Villa and take the GR-92 official path that guides you towards Tarragona. This walk takes you to unspoilt places along the coast. It is extremely fascinating scenery.
Also you can go trekking through the Natural Park of PORT DE BESEIT where you will find a great adventure.
MOUNTAIN BIKE
Close access to different MTB trails inside the Natural Park of PORT de BESEIT and Coll del Alba. Also, different cruising tours around the DELTA del EBRO.
